Out Of This World - Alberta Landscape Photography

During our short week in Southern Alberta we have managed a day trip to Dinosaur Provincial Park, where you can become a paleontologist for a day and stumble upon a dinosaur bone, slip on a fine mud (after a rainy couple of days), be eaten by monster mosquito and enjoy a landscape that is out of this world... It is a wonderfully different world hidden in a valley, surrounded by flat prairies.  We were lucky again with the weather. It stopped raining shortly after we arrived and stayed that way until we left.  It was very slippery on that trails there so we had to limit ourselves to, mostly, driving around, but even that turned into a wonderful experience. They call it badlands, because of the lack of rich soil and dryness of the terrain (you can see abundance of sage growing around) , I call it a feast for the eye.  Hope you enjoy..
