I think Mac was a bit optimistic trying to say good-bye to Lady Winter yet. I am sure we all are tired of her, but the truth is we have no choice but to endure her rule... What helps me to survive is looking for little treasures in the winter world and recording them as I find them. With a little colour here and an interesting light there, one can almost always find something eye-catching even among dried up weeds and grasses.. :) Just like in the first post of this series, I have included images of plants that endure Alberta's winter every year.
