It's getting closer and closer to Christmas. The weather is rather wintery and I can't help missing the sunshine and the heat of summer, not mentioning the colors. We have ventured outside the city the first day of summer, to see what the world looked like. I can't remember much of the places we've visited, but the fact that being outside the car was rather hazardous due to the ridiculous amount of mosquitoes. Thankfully we did take along bug spray and applied it generously to avoid being eaten alive while taking pictures. We have ended our wonderings at Hastings Lake and were rewarded with a gorgeous sunset. I hope this little recollection of summer will bring some much needed peace and relaxation during this crazily busy time of year. So take a moment, relax and enjoy..
