When you have a chance to stay over in a location such as Banff National Park for a couple of days and nights you have a lot of time for exploring. We have been lucky with the weather and took full advantage of it. Drove to many of our favorite spots and discovered a few new ones. It was quite interesting to see fall meeting winter. Snow on the ground and some trees that still have colorful foliage on them contrasting nicely with a gorgeous blue sky. Here is a few shots of what we have been able to see..
